Return Policy

Ocean Rescue Return Policy 

This policy is the same as on our Terms and Conditions page.  It is posted here separately for clarity.

You may return any unopened product for a full refund within 48 hours of receipt. Unopened means in original sealed packaging in which you received your order. To return an unopened order, please call us at (480) 948-4600 or email us at spa@oceanrescuespa.com and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must be in the original packaging and should be sent to:

You are responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise. There are no re-stocking charges. Credit for your order will be applied to the same account under which payment was made.

We cannot control shipping accidents or products that may be damaged in transit. It is highly unlikely, however if your order has been damaged in transit, simply refuse it upon delivery, or contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement at no charge.

Due to the nature of skin care products, any order which in our sole determination has been opened, is not refundable.

Ocean Rescue wants you to be fully satisfied with our products. If you open any product and are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us and let us know. We will work with you in any reasonable way to address your concerns.
